Paxton Lake Neighborhood Information


  • Fishing is for Residents Only....Guests must be accompanied by a Resident at all times
  • Fishing is "Catch & Release"
  • The common area of Paxton Lake ensures all residents have access to walk the lakes up to 10ft. from the waters edge
  • Homeowners are Prohibited from restricting access to any homeowner
  • Please keep the area around the lakes clean 
  • Do not throw rocks into the lakes
  • Please be courteous of residents living around the lakes when fishing
  • No one is allowed in the lakes at any time


  • The pool is open from 10am - 10pm
  • Guests are not permitted to use the pool without a Paxton Lake Resident
  • Keep guests to a minimum to not overcrowd the pool
  • There is NO lifeguard on duty - Adults must accompany small children at all times
  • No diving or running 
  • Keep both gates closed and locked at all times
  • All Residents "Must" have their own key to access the pool
  • Please keep the pool area & restrooms clean
  • Children in diapers must use swim diapers
  • No glass of any kind is permitted
  • Pets are not permitted inside the pool area
  • Please do not water flowers with pool water
  • Place furniture back in the original place
  • Please put down umbrellas after using
  • No one is allowed at the pool after 10pm without HOA approval
  • Long-term parking at the pool is Prohibited 
  • The pool may not be closed or reserved for Private Events
  • If you need a pool key, please send your request to "Contact Us" 

Additional Information

  • Any additions or improvements to your property must be reviewed by the HOA Board prior to construction.
  • Boats, Trailers, Campers, Commercial Vehicles are prohibited from parking within Paxton Lake for more than 48 hours, this includes driveways and township streets.
  • Signs of any kind at the Entry Way are Prohibited.  The exception is for an Open House. Signs may be placed on the Friday prior to the Open House and must be removed at the conclusion of the Open House.
  • Failure to Pay HOA dues may result in Liens being filed, penalties and interest being assessed and up to and including Foreclosure Proceedings being initiated in the most severe cases.
  • Residents should refrain from talking with contractors about work on behalf of the HOA.  All inquiries about a contractor should be directed to the Board for review and discussion.
  • The HOA does not police disputes between neighbors unless an HOA guideline or restriction is being violated.
  • Homeowners are prohibited from dumping any substance into lakes.
  • The HOA encourages homeowners to do their part in keeping our community clean, safe, and an attractive place to live.
  • Mailboxes can be ordered from Home Depot - #ST200B00/A861-014.  Make improvements to mailbox by painting or replacing when necessary.
  • If a Street Light goes out, contact Duke Energy (513)421-9500.  Response time is usually 48 hours.  Please have the number located at the bottom of the light post when calling.
  • Be courteous and pick up after pets when walking.
